Saturday, 2/2, 9:00-9:30 AM Tohono O'odham Nation Rodeo Parade: Parade line-up road closure will be at 8:30 AM. Here's a link to a map to the location http://mapq.st/10IBoPq. The route begins on Big Fields Rd and ends at St. Mary's Catholic Church grounds. We will set up a booth along the parade route but will not be able to sell at the fair. Anyone planning to go will need to leave Tucson at 7 AM. If you would like your daughter to participate, but cannot accompany her, please let Iris, Evy, and me know so we can see if arrangements can be made for her to ride with another parent. Please pack water, snacks, and spending money (if you choose). Cookies will be provided by me and sales will be split among the girls participating in the booth sale.

- Last Saturday all parents indicated that they will be attending the rodeo and/or parade. If this has changed for your family please let me know.
- The ride bracelet for the rodeo is $20. If the entire troop is still participating in this outing then the troop will pay half the cost for the Girl Scout. Please give Iris the other $10 by Feb 2nd.
- Meeting location for car pooling/traveling. It seems like most families live in mid-town/east side. Can we meet at the Food City on Mission & Ajo? There have questions about the departure time. In the paragraph above we mention 7am, do others suggest an earlier time?
